Prime Contractors choosing to BID must obtain BID DOCUMENTS from the office of James C. Hailey & Company upon a NON-REFUNDABLE payment listed on Advertisement. 

BID DOCUMENTS are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Payment (cash or check) must be received prior to issuing BID DOCUMENTS

Any BID submitted on documents not properly obtained by a Prime Contractor and not on the Bidders List shall not be accepted.
